This narrow, nonconforming lot presented an unusual design challenge—and an opportunity to create something truly distinctive. Working closely with our architect, we developed a slender, shotgun-inspired home that makes intelligent use of every square foot. Its striking modern façade, vertical proportions, and thoughtfully planned living spaces transform the site’s limitations into a one-of-a-kind residence designed to make a positive contribution to the surrounding neighborhood.
